The Sheriff’s Community Impact Program is a part of the California State Employees Giving Campaign, known as the Our Promise California.  During the next few weeks we will be visiting various State offices around the Sacramento region and presenting to the thousands of state employees all the powerful work SCIP does throughout Sacramento County.  The campaign runs through October 15th.

If you are not a California State employee but have friends who work for the State of California I am asking for your help by simply forwarding the information from this article to them so they can be made aware of SCIP and all the great things we do for our community.

About SCIP

The Sheriff’s Community Impact Program (SCIP) has unique youth programs that support an important societal-minded mission—to foster productive citizens. The SCIP believes in keeping our most vulnerable youth connected to their schools and community. All of our programs are aimed at mitigating drug abuse, gang involvement, etc., while promoting pro-social behaviors.
