SCIPFit is another dynamic community program offered by the

Sheriff’s Community Impact Program

The Sheriff’s Community Impact Program (SCIP) believes that a safe community involves getting our kids engaged in activities that promote healthy lifestyles.

SCIPFit is a program where Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department deputies and other positive adult role models, visit elementary schools throughout the county. We have a great time with the students as they get to experience a variety of fun activities and hang out with some pretty cool cops.

About SCIP

The Sheriff’s Community Impact Program (SCIP) has unique youth programs that support an important societal-minded mission—to foster productive citizens. The SCIP believes in keeping our most vulnerable youth connected to their schools and community. All of our programs are aimed at mitigating drug abuse, gang involvement, etc., while promoting pro-social behaviors.
