Girl’s Fitness Club (GFC)

As part of the CrossFit SHOCK program, the Girls Fitness Club (GFC) will be returning for Spring.  Deputy Dana Vicory, certified CrossFit and CrossFit Kids trainer, will be recruiting girls ages 10-14, for the GFC.  GFC features physical fitness activities as well as leadership training, mentoring, and fun trips, planned by the members of GFC.

The SCIP believes in keeping our most vulnerable youth connected to their schools and community.
