SHOCK Program

September 30, 2013 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm

The S.H.O.C.K. program along with the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department, will take a leadership role by partnering with Community-Based Organizations, local businesses, and other youth-serving agencies, to reach out to those youth considered at risk for making poor choices in their lives. Chronic absenteeism, continuous disruption to classroom learning, signs of experimentation with drugs and/or alcohol, as well as involvement with the gang lifestyle, are considered behaviors that could lead to devastating life-long consequences.
